*The membership application is for new SEMA members only.
To add a branch office to your SEMA Membership account, download SEMA Branch Office Form PDF. Complete the form and fax to SEMA at: 909-860-0184.
*An office located either on the same premises or another location, which operates the same channel of distribution of the joining member, shall be considered a branch office. The parent company must supply proof of branch office qualification for each separate listing.
