A Restylers Guide to Selling Dealer-Direct

Automotive restylers are now discovering new ways to increase their sales profits through the help of the SEMA PRO Sales Training Manual, a unique resource developed by the SEMA Professional Restylers Organization (PRO) to help restylers, trimmers and accessory retailers build a more successful dealer-direct sales strategy.

It's crucial to have a sales team that has the skills and knowledge to make effective sales presentations and build long lasting, value-based relationships. The PRO Sales Training Manual provides restylers with proven strategies and insight that can be used daily to get their foot in the door of any dealership. Learn how to make the sale while building a client base and developing strong partnerships with your consumers.

Key highlights of the manual include:

  • Tips on selling dealer-direct
  • How to structure a sale and the rules of sales success
  • Refining negotiating skills
  • The importance of product knowledge
  • How to build your companies brand
  • Identifying your target audience
  • Marketing tools and resources
  • And much more

The PRO Sales Training Manual is used as the foundation for the SEMA Accessory Sales Professional Exam, which restylers, installers and accessory retails are invited to take to prove their expertise. Contact Denise Waddingham to learn more about the exam.
