SEMA Show Monorail

The Las Vegas Monorail is an excellent way to get to the LVCC as it conveniently tracks above Vegas traffic and drops you off just outside of Central Hall.

Just like the vehicles we build our businesses around, planning your SEMA Show trip has a lot of moving parts. Whether you're attending or exhibiting, you're going to have to plan your travel, lodging, daily commute and meals. Here, we'll offer savings, logistic strategies and meal tips to help you plan your SEMA Week so you not only survive but thrive.

Lodging

If you haven't already booked your accommodation, the first place we suggest looking for the best deals is semashow.com under the hotel tab. SEMA has partnered with onPeak as its official hotel provider and offers attendees and exhibitors significant savings on their hotel reservations.

Apart from costs, be mindful of how far the hotel where you plan to stay is from the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). If you have early starts to the day, you don't want your commute to be too far from campus in case Vegas traffic throws something unexpected at you.

Lastly, be sure to call and confirm your reservations before you are Vegas-bound. This will ensure you have no hiccups or delays checking in to your room and you can begin your SEMA Week smoothly.

If you plan on flying into Vegas, SEMA has partnered with Alaska, United and Delta Airlines so you can enjoy the best airfare prices set for SEMA Week. Use these codes to save on your and your team's flights.

• Alaska Airlines Online Discount Code: ECMO139 for a 7% off published fares for travel dates, October 31—November 8, 2025.

• United Airlines Online Discount Code: ZPKE658685 for up to 2% to 10% off travel dates October 30—November 9, 2025.

• Delta Airlines: Go to semashow.com, click on the Hotel and Travel and click the link under Delta Airlines for access to special discounts.

Shuttles

Once you're in Vegas, you're going to have to rely mostly on public transportation, rideshares and shuttles to get to the LVCC. Convention parking is unavailable and limited to nearby locations (see the mobile app for updated parking information), so driving your personal vehicle to the Show every day would not be practical. But that doesn't mean getting around isn't easy. There are lots of options for getting to and from campus.

SEMA has arranged a fleet of shuttles with routes to nearly every big hotel on the strip and beyond. These shuttles begin their route on Tuesday at 7:00 a.m. and run until 10:30 a.m. at 20-minute intervals. They then pick up again at 3:30 p.m. and run until 6:30 p.m. On Friday, the shuttles end at 5:00 p.m.

View the 2025 SEMA Show shuttle bus schedule at the bottom of this article or linked here.

Las Vegas Monorail

The Las Vegas Monorail is another excellent way to get to the campus if your hotel is near a station. It conveniently tracks above Vegas traffic, making your commute time from any station no more than 10 min., and drops you off just outside of Central Hall.

Monorail stations and their corresponding hotels include: MGM Grand, Horseshoe/Paris, Flamingo/Caesars Palace, Harrah's/The LINQ, Boingo (LVCC), Westgate and, lastly, Sahara.

Attendees enjoy exclusive Monorail discounts. Purchase tickets at tix.lvmonorail.com/SEMA25 for the best rates available. Paper tickets are also available (at full price) from ticket kiosks and customer service desks. Hours of operation begin every day at 7:00 a.m. and end at midnight on Monday, 2:00 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 3:00 a.m. Friday through Sunday.

The Loop

The Las Vegas Loop is an underground transportation network that takes riders through various stations across the LVCC campus. This unique means of transportation saves you time and energy getting from one point to another, and it's free for the LVCC grounds.

Walking from one end of the LVCC to the other could take up to 30 min. and lots of energy. Take a look at the Loop map, and leverage the free rides whenever possible to get to your location so you spend more time where you want to be. It's a week-long marathon, so don't sprint.

The Loop also features stations at Westgate and Encore Las Vegas and recently added Resorts World Las Vegas to the growing list, making the Loop another transportation option to get to and from the LVCC. However, these routes are fee-based, so visit lvloop.com/tickets for going rates.

Ride Share

If you and your team will be using ridesharing apps like Uber or Lyft, or even a taxi or limousine service, there are three designated transportation hubs for drop-off.

• LVCC BLUE LOT: east end of Grand Lobby, adjacent to Central Hall

• LVCC PLATINUM LOT: across Sierra Vista Dr. from South Hall East Lobby

• MAJESTIC LOT: across from West Hall at Convention Center Dr. and Debbie Reynolds Dr.

Good Eats

Las Vegas is home to some world-class dining options, but you don't need to spend big money every night. You're going to want to carefully weigh cost, location and convenience when planning Show Week meals for yourself and your team. Research low-cost dining options near the convention center or your hotel to save on transportation.

If you plan to experience some fine dining with your team or clients, be sure to make reservations well in advance, as Vegas sees an influx of people during this time and places book quickly.

Pro-tip from SEMA Vice President of Events Tom Gattuso: Even if you do not have any scheduled after-Show meetings or dinners, add a few extra seats to your reservation weeks in advance. This way, you are prepared to take a potential client or business partner out on a moment's notice.

As for lunch time during the Show, the LVCC campus hosts many food stands and food courts throughout the halls, many at modest pricing. Avoid the Vegas traffic going off campus and find your ideal cuisine near your next exhibitor visit.

Road to SEMA

Automotive content creators are on a mission to show the world that the car community is for everyone. Through "Road to SEMA," 11 passionate car builders will document their multi-state and cross-country journeys to showcase their vehicles at the 2025 SEMA Show, offering a new perspective on the accessibility and passion of the automotive aftermarket. Social media audiences can follow along as they share their unique stories, relatable challenges and inspiring triumphs along the way.

As content creators take on a growing role in the automotive world, Road to SEMA celebrates their influence and connection to the industry. Traveling hundreds of miles from small-town garages, desert highways and even across the Atlantic Ocean, their content will serve as a bridge where viewers can connect with car culture--and the SEMA Show--in fresh, authentic ways.

"The SEMA Show showcases thousands of vehicles each year, but it's the stories behind those vehicles that truly inspire," said SEMA Vice President of Marketing RJ de Vera. "By supporting initiatives like Road to SEMA, we're celebrating the courage of creators who aren't driven by trends but defining what's next and showing the world what's possible."

Each creator's journey will culminate with their arrival at the SEMA Show, taking place November 4-7 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Each build will be featured in the Road to SEMA Showcase, located in Central Hall, booth #21651. Here, SEMA Show attendees will not only be inspired but also reminded that anyone can make their mark on the automotive world.

"Road to SEMA offers an authentic view on the everyday people who have a passion for this industry," said Road to SEMA participant Steven Nadaskai. "Our goal is to show that everyone has a place in the automotive community--no matter your background or level of experience."

New Independent Ownership for Dynamat
Dynamat

Dynamat, the sound-deadening brand based in Hamilton, Ohio, has been acquired by new CEO and Owner, Scott Monnin.

The acquisition brings the company back under independent ownership, which Monnin, the company's CFO for the past five years, says will allow Dynamat to be reshaped to more closely align with the vision and values of the company's founder.

"It's an honor to be the steward of such a strong brand. My family and I feel fortunate to be able to carry on the American manufacturing tradition that has helped to make Dynamat the world's number one aftermarket sound deadening brand," said Monnin. "Dynamat created the aftermarket sound deadening space in 1989. Through innovation and rigorous testing, our products have helped millions of cars feel and sound better. We continue to innovate today with a wide range of products for not just cars and car stereos, but for boats, RVs and the home. If you have noise in your life, we have a solution."

GM Announces Eyes-Off Driving, Conversational AI and Unified Software Platform
GM

General Motors (GM) and CEO Mary Barra have unveiled new advancements across AI, robotics, energy and autonomy for the company, including a plan to bring eyes-off driving to market in 2028.

The automaker is currently planning to introduce the technology in 2028 with the Cadillac ESCALADE IQ electric SUV. GM has already mapped 600,000 miles of hands-free roads in North America, the company said, and customers have driven 700 million miles with Super Cruise without a single reported crash attributed to the system.

Additionally, beginning next year, GM vehicles will feature conversational AI with Google Gemini, making it possible to talk to your car. In the future, GM will introduce its own AI, custom-built for your vehicle. With your permission, it will be fine-tuned with your vehicle's intelligence and your personal preferences, all connected by OnStar, with features expected to include explaining one-pedal driving in your new vehicle, spotting a maintenance issue early, or finding the perfect place for dinner en route to your destination.

In 2028, GM is also planning to debut a new centralized computing platform, also starting with the Cadillac ESCALADE IQ. The single, high-speed computing core will result in 10 times more over-the-air software update capacity, plus increases in bandwidth and AI performance.
