Wednesday, February 10, 2021 – Replica Car Program Finalized: Everything You Need to Know

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has completed a rule that will allow low volume vehicle manufacturers to produce and sell replica cars—vehicles that appear to be at least 25 years old. Friday, February 26, 2021 – New Policy on Tampering and Defeat Devices Explained

Released in December, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s new Tampering Policy replaces Mobile Source Enforcement Memo 1A (1974) and addresses civil enforcement of the Clean Air Act’s prohibitions on tampering and aftermarket defeat devices.
