  • Inside Sales Associate: RPC is hiring an inside sales associate responsible for setting up new customers and communicating with existing customers; providing product information to customer inquiries; processing purchase orders from customers into sales orders; and resolving customer issues, complaints or return requests. The successful candidate must have the ability to develop and retain customer relationships. Limited travel is required. Automotive experience is recommended.
  • Lead CNC Machinist: Chassis Shop Performance Products is hiring a lead CNC machinist responsible for programming, setting up and operating machinery, including QC. The company specializes in close tolerance race car components with a full compliment of Mazak and Haas machines. Multiaxis and mill experience is beneficial. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and problem solving skills and be able to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Counter/Returns Specialist: Speedway Motors Inc. is hiring a counter/returns specialist responsible for efficiently and accurately fulfilling customer requests. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize and multi-task, have strong listening and communication skills and be attentive to the needs of customers. Automotive parts and inventory systems background is a plus. Problem solving, customer service, technical, communication, teamwork and written skills are required.
  • Mechanic/Installer: LGE-CTS Motorsports is hiring two skilled truck and off-road suspension mechanics/installers. Successful candidates must have at least two years of experience, have their own tools, work well under pressure and have knowledge of all shop equipment. Responsibilities include mounting and balancing wheels and tires, installing interior and exterior accessories and diagnosing issues with customer vehicles.

SEMA recently launched the SEMA Career Center to address the employment challenges of automotive companies and facilitate a talent pipeline for entering into the automotive aftermarket industry. Through an automotive network that includes the Auto Care Association, the SEMA Career Center will expand the volume and reach of job openings from automotive companies throughout the country.
