Media registration for the Media Trade Conference is now open. The 2016 event will feature 100 exhibitors.

Journalists—including freelancers, bloggers, TV reporters and magazine writers—are invited to sit down in private, uninterrupted meetings with executives from manufacturing companies, January 26–28, 2016, at the Embassy Suites Orange County Airport North in Santa Ana, California.

Reporters are able to select representatives from the companies they wish to meet to ensure relevancy to their outlet by registering at www.sema.org/mtcreg. Early registration guarantees that reporters will receive the best possible schedule in advance of the event.

Notes to media applicants:

  • The 2016 event will feature 100 exhibitors. Please review the list of exhibitors closely to ensure you select any and all relevant manufacturers.
  • During registration, you will be able to select the companies in which you are interested. Please pay close attention to the companies you select, as SEMA will make every effort possible to secure them into your schedule. It will be difficult to make changes after your schedule is set. Be sure to mark “Do Not Meet” for those companies that absolutely do not fit your editorial needs.
  • Simply submit one registration form for your group, regardless of the number of people participating.
  • If you are sending freelance writers to the event, have them register independently. The MPMC Media Trade Conference is open to all editorial media, whether working for a magazine, website or freelance assignment.

For media inquiries, contact Della Domingo at dellad@sema.org or 909-978-6723. For general or exhibitor inquiries, contact Lindsay Bianco at lindsayb@sema.org or 909-978-6692.

Not an MPMC member? Join today. MPMC members must manufacture parts used in sanctioned motorsports events, and all applications for membership are subject to review.

For questions regarding the MPMC, contact SEMA’s Director of Councils Jim Skelly at 909-978-6990 or jimsk@sema.org.
