SEMA News: What inspired you to pursue a career in the truck and off-road industry?
Dawson Druesedow: My passion for trucks and off-roading started long before it became my career. I've always been drawn to the combination of performance, customization and adventure that makes this industry unique. What inspired me most was the opportunity to turn that passion into a profession where I can help enthusiasts build vehicles that fit their lifestyles and goals. Working in the truck and off-road space allows me to be part of a community that is driven by innovation, problem-solving and shared enthusiasm for the outdoors and vehicle customization.
SN: Why did you join the TORA council?
DD: I joined the TORA council because I wanted to become more involved in the truck and off-road industry beyond my day-to-day role. TORA provides a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders, collaborate on challenges and opportunities that affect our market and help shape the future of the aftermarket. I'm passionate about growing the industry, supporting enthusiasts and contributing to initiatives that strengthen our community. Being part of TORA allows me to learn from others, share ideas and help ensure the truck and off-road segment continues to thrive.
SN: What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
DD: Get up early, work hard and good things will happen.
SN: What is your daily driver?
DD: A '24 F-250 Limited 4x4 (modified, of course).
