Accounting Manager: Rightline Gear is hiring an accounting manager to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation and sales-tax duties. This position is also involved in inventory activities, such as receiving finished goods, evaluating cycle counts and making month-end journal entries. The accounting manager will be in charge of the company’s internal financial reporting, involved in key decision making and lead a monthly financial analysis meeting. The accounting manager must be able to skillfully negotiate, lead others and possess a respectful assertiveness in order to achieve success in their duties. A bachelor’s degree and five years’ related experience are required.

Corporate Controller: McLeod Racing is hiring a corporate controller who will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for all aspects of McLeod’s accounting functions, including full-charge general ledger accounting/reconciliations, inventory costing and controls, financial reporting, tax-compliance reporting, cash-flow management, establishment of and adherence to accounting policies and procedures, coordination of tax returns, and outside financial reporting with accounting and other professional firms. This position will also be responsible for hiring, recruiting and training additional accounting personnel. A minimum of 10 years of accounting experience with a history of increasing job responsibilities is required. An accounting degree and CPA is preferred.

Vehicle Personalization Expert: Insignia Group is hiring a vehicle personalization expert to perform trainings and coaching sessions with contracted dealers and grow their accessory sales through best practices; prospect and close opportunities to develop vehicle personalization profit centers within local dealerships; and develop strong business relationships with dealerships, distributors, manufacturers and restylers. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of sales experience, the ability to travel frequently and be comfortable with various forms of technology. Working in or selling to dealerships is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day. Experience with Faro scanning is required. 3D printing and web development are pluses.

The successful candidate must possess knowledge of accessories, performance and replacement parts for both air-cooled Volkswagens and off-road vehicles. Candidates must also be creative, versatile, detail-orientated, production-driven and have exceptional communication and organization skills. This position will work side-by-side with the graphics department to create and layout catalogs, the website, magazine articles and videos.
