Rick Love, executive vice president of Vintage Air (and HRIA chairman), presents a session at the 2012 HRIA Education Day.

The Hot Rod Industry Alliance (HRIA) will once again host its Education & Training program in conjunction with the 15th Annual 2013 Hotrod and Restoration Show taking place March 14–16, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.

“Education Day is a core initiative for SEMA’s HRIA. The program, which offers 40+ one-hour sessions, provides show attendees free world-class product training from industry-leading manufacturers over a two-day period,” said HRIA Council Director Zane Clark. “Attendees, many of whom are shop owners and builders, are given direct access to manufacturers and gain business-critical insight about new-product development and installation best practices. The whole experience, from the education to the training to the invaluable networking, truly results in an unparalleled learning experience.”

Jim Graven of the SEMA Data Co-op will lead a business technology session entitled, “Get Started and Grow Sales with the SEMA Data Co-op!” Manufacturers and resellers alike will find valuable information and answers to the basics of data management. Join the SEMA Data Co-op for a discussion in easy-to-understand language about how your product data can drive sales growth with very little investment. Topics will include the importance of "visibility" on the Internet, how to organize and distribute your product data the easy way and getting your business up-to-date with the digital world. This seminar is designed especially for sales, marketing and product managers, as well as company owners looking to get their share of growth in this challenging economy. The SEMA Data Co-op is an industry-owned, not-for-profit data-management solution dedicated to the success of the specialty-parts market.
