“How can I get the most out of my membership?” is a common question
asked by SEMA members. The answer is easy—get involved! Joining a
council and becoming active in their networking events, task forces,
educational programs and meetings are all steps in the right direction.

The SEMA Show features thousands of project vehicles each year that
represent the ingenuity and creativity of the specialty-equipment
market. SEMA Show exhibitors can generate more product exposure by
offering products to builders through the SEMA Show Products for
Project-Vehicle Builders list. The list is a simple way to connect
exhibitors who want to get more eyes on their products at the Show with
builders designing the vehicles that attract attention from thousands of
buyers and members of the media.

SEMA Show attendees in the Las Vegas from October 29–31 may want to
consider attending the Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association's

For many franchised dealers, the prospect of operating an accessory
program can appear to be a daunting and challenging undertaking.
Concerns over liability, resources, fluctuating trends, inflated costs
and obsolete inventory creates a level of uncertainty that can thwart a
proven revenue stream. In many instances, a dealer will dabble in
accessories by equipping a stock vehicle from time to time or by
responding to a customer’s request to personalize their car or truck.
This approach yields mixed results and may be perceived as “more of a
hassle than it’s worth.”
SEMA Show
exhibitors are invited to generate more opportunities and awareness for their
company and products by announcing SEMA Show incentives in SEMA eNews.
