SEMA Show Attendees: Discount Available for APRA's International Show

SEMA Show attendees in the Las Vegas from October 29–31 may want to consider attending the Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association's (APRA) 2011 Big R International Show. SEMA Show buyers and rebuilders can pre-register for the show at a special rate of $10.

This year's Big R Show is co-hosted with the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA) Powertrain Expo and features exhibitors showcasing their latest products and three days of seminars covering topics that include electronics, AC, mechatronics and more. The show's hours are Saturday, October 29, 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.; Sunday, October 30, 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.; and Monday, October 31, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

About APRA
The Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association (APRA) was founded October 24, 1941, by R. A. Van Alen and Harry Lester in Los Angeles. At the first association convention in 1947 Harry Lester was still president, and attendance was roughly 50 people. Over the past 50+ years membership has grown to about 1,000 member companies worldwide. Convention attendance exceeds 2,000 people with more than 150 exhibit booths.
