The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced its intention
to regulate “recreational off-highway vehicles” (ROVs), rejecting as
inadequate a voluntary industry standard.
The Reed & Dickinson Band will be the featured act at the 2009 Ford SEMA Show reception, beginning at 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the Motor Trend Proving Ground Hosted by the Bondurant Racing School of High Performance Driving.

evening kicks off on Thursday, November 5, with a reception in the Las
Vegas Hilton at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Industry Awards Banquet,
which begins at 7:30 p.m.
