SEMA MBR (Member Buyer Rewards) Program, SEMA Show

By opting into the Membership Autorenewal program, I authorize SEMA to charge my credit card on file for SEMA membership dues renewal fees once each year. The amount charged will be based on the member's annual sales level and membership category (as provided by the SEMA member) approximately 90 days prior to the membership expiration.

SEMA members participating in the auto renewal program will be sent an email notification to the primary email address associated with your membership account approximately 30 days prior to their credit card being charged. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address that is capable of receiving SEMA emails. Inability to receive SEMA emails will not be regarded as grounds for a refund. The automatic renewal is not an obligation to pay and can be canceled by the SEMA member at any time. In the case of unauthorized payments made using credit cards belonging to the member's organization/company, a representative of the member may contact SEMA to dispute the charge any time prior to the current membership expiration date. After the current membership expiration date, disputes regarding payments made on credit cards will not be considered.

All memberships are valid for one year. The date on which SEMA initiates automatic renewal charges may vary from year to year.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize SEMA to process an automatic once-yearly recurring payment to SEMA from the credit, debit, or bank card you have on file with SEMA. Any automatic recurring payment method or renewal authorization will remain in effect until withdrawn by the member or terminated by SEMA.

SEMA accepts credit, debit, and bank payments by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying using a credit card that belongs to your company, you agree that you are an authorized user of said credit card. In the event that you become not authorized to use the card, you are responsible for removing the credit card information from SEMA and replacing it with a different payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing and payment information in order to facilitate automatic renewal payments.

All payments must be made in United States dollars.

If SEMA does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent at the time when automatic renewal charges are initiated, you agree to pay all amounts due upon SEMA's demand. If attempt(s) to collect payment fail, SEMA in its discretion may consider your membership expired and you will forfeit any benefits associated with the automatic renewal program.

SEMA member dues are based on business type and annual sales. Following is the schedule for determining SEMA member dues:

SEMA requests annual sales updates from members on an annual basis. Members are requested to update their annual sales levels to ensure they are in the appropriate dues level.
