The 2016 SEMA Market Report is now available online.

The newly released 2016 SEMA Market Report shows that the automotive specialty-equipment industry grew to a new retail sales record of $39.2 billion in 2015. The specialty-equipment market has now posted six consecutive years of growth since the financial downturn in 2008.

The 2016 SEMA Market Report is free for SEMA members and can be found on SEMA’s website.

This new report offers a detailed look at the market, including trends for vehicle niches and part categories, consumer spend and profile information and economic factors relevant to the industry. This annual snapshot of the specialty-equipment industry can be an invaluable tool for understanding your business’ place in the market.

Join in an informative webinar on Thursday, August 4, at 10:00 a.m. (PDT) in which SEMA’s Director of Market Research Gavin Knapp will present highlights from the 2016 SEMA Market Report and answer your questions on the state of the industry.

The annual gala is a special evening for the industry to thank exiting SEMA Board members, welcome those newly elected and honor the newest SEMA Hall of Fame inductees.

The annual SEMA Installation and Gala serves as the venue where our association thanks its outgoing Board members and welcomes those newly elected. It is also the setting in which we announce Matt Agosta, Chip Foose and Gary Hooker as the newest inductees for the SEMA Hall of Fame, who represent not only our industry's history but also its members' dedication, service and devotion to their businesses.
