Muscle car mania is catching on in China with the Chevy Camaro joining the Ford Mustang as accessory-friendly vehicles recently being available through the official car dealer channel. Light trucks are best sellers in China with vehicle enthusiasts eager to buy Jeep Wranglers, and Ford Explorers. Large size pickups have also been available but only through the gray market. This is changing with the new F-150 Raptor available from Spring 2017, and the Chevy Silverado also being sold through the official dealership network for the first time in the 2017 time frame. Adding to this exciting new customizing-friendly line-up is the globally best-selling mid-size pickup –the Ford Ranger which will go on sale in China in 2018 (and in the US around the same time).
