Turn 14 Distribution and Shopmonkey: Building Estimates Just Got Faster

Turn 14 and ShopMonkey.

A new partnership will bring Turn 14 Distribution's performance parts catalog into Shopmonkey, helping shops build estimates with fewer steps in early 2027.

Building a performance vehicle takes the right combination of parts and expertise. Building an estimate should be more straightforward. For shops juggling customer requests, technician schedules and parts sourcing, switching between separate systems slows the process before the vehicle even reaches the lift. To streamline that workflow, Turn 14 Distribution is partnering with Shopmonkey, connecting its depth of performance aftermarket parts sourcing with the software shops already use to manage their businesses.

This integration will allow Shopmonkey users to search, price and order parts from Turn 14 Distribution's robust catalog without leaving the estimate they are building. Currently in development and planned for release in early 2027, the integration brings two essential parts of the shop workflow together, helping dealers spend less time transferring information and more time moving jobs forward.

For many aftermarket businesses, that connection addresses a familiar routine. A service advisor starts an estimate in Shopmonkey, opens a Turn 14 Distribution website tab to research performance aftermarket parts, checks inventory and pricing, and then brings those details back into the repair order. Every additional component can mean another round of searching, switching windows, and entering information. On a busy day, those repeated steps compete with everything else happening at the counter.

With the integration, shops will be able to search Turn 14 Distribution's catalog by brand, vehicle year, make, model, category, or part number directly within Shopmonkey. Real-time inventory and pricing will help teams evaluate options and add parts directly to an estimate. When the full integration launches in early 2027, customers will be able to push orders to T14 and receive shipping information into Shopmonkey automatically, helping teams follow parts orders as work progresses.

"We're excited to partner with Shopmonkey to build the dream shop procurement experience: a robust catalog search experience, integrated parts management and ordering, and receiving, all within a single system they use to manage their business," said Dan Ziegler, senior business partner integration manager at Turn 14 Distribution. "When our proprietary data and technology join forces with the leading shop management system, our dealers are the winners. We look forward to hearing their feedback and iterating on what we hope will be the best parts-shopping experience in a shop management system."

That vision builds on the strengths of both companies. Shopmonkey serves more than 10,000 independent shops across North America, helping businesses manage repair orders and organize their daily operations. Turn 14 Distribution brings hundreds of performance aftermarket brands, extensive inventory, and proprietary technology developed around the needs of its dealer network. Connecting those capabilities gives mutual customers a more direct path from identifying the right part to including it in an estimate and placing an order.

"Aftermarket shops are a growing part of who we serve, and Turn 14 is who they already trust for parts," said Travis Bickham, chief commercial officer at Shopmonkey. "We built this partnership around that trust, not around covering every distributor at once. Connecting these two tools means shops spend less time managing tabs and more time focused on the estimate in front of them."

Access is a central part of the partnership. The Turn 14 Distribution integration will be included across all Shopmonkey subscription plans at no additional cost, giving shops of different sizes access to the same connected parts workflow. For a small team balancing the service counter with the demands of running a business, reducing repetitive administrative work can create more room to serve customers and take on the next job.

The initial release will also provide an opportunity for dealers to help shape what comes next. Both companies plan to use shop feedback to refine the experience as the integration develops.

Turn 14 at SEMA show

SEMA attendees can learn about the integration at the Turn 14 Distribution locations in Central Hall at Booth #21403 and outside the South Hall in the Silver Lot at Booth #82000. The Shopmonkey team will also display an early look at the integration at the show, located in the North Hall at Booth #11639. With the full release planned for early 2027, the partnership marks a practical step toward a more connected shop, bringing the parts dealers need closer to the work already in front of them.
