Motorsports product manufacturers have limited time left to save on registration for the 2027 MPMC Media Trade Conference, one of the industry's premier media networking events. Set for February 2-4, 2027, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Orlando, Florida, the event will mark three decades of connecting manufacturers with influential media professionals through its highly successful face-to-face meeting format.
Early-bird pricing ends September 8, after which registration rates increase by $100. Registration is open to Motorsports Products & Media Council (MPMC), Truck & Off-Road Alliance (TORA) and Performance Racing Industry (PRI) members at mediatradeconference.com.
For 30 years, the MPMC Media Trade Conference has served as one of the industry's most effective platforms for connecting manufacturers with the media through its signature "speed dating" format. Each participating manufacturer receives a private suite, where they can host up to 42 scheduled, face-to-face meetings with journalists, editors, podcasters, broadcasters and content creators who can help introduce their products and brands to targeted audiences.
"I like the idea that you can sit down and, within 30 minutes know, 'This is somebody I really want to work with,' and you get to have those moments repeatedly throughout the day," said Scott Clontz of Mahi Motorsports. "You can walk out of day one with five new contacts saying, 'We are definitely collaborating with them.' You have to work so much harder to do that on your own during your daily work week, whereas here you can do it in one fell swoop."
Since its launch in 1998, the Media Trade Conference has become a cornerstone event for building quality business relationships while providing additional networking opportunities during receptions and special events. Manufacturers looking to expand their visibility, build relationships with key media and position their products for future coverage are encouraged to register before the September 8 early-bird deadline
