Specialty automotive parts companies are facing a shortage of skilled talent. At the same time, hundreds of engineering students are preparing to graduate and looking for their first professional opportunity.
Both sides face a common challenge, but one event is helping SEMA members bridge the gap: The Emerging Trends & Technology Network (ETTN) Career Fair, taking place at the SEMA Garage Detroit on Saturday, September 26. Company registration is open now.
Held in partnership with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the ETTN Career Fair offers aftermarket employers a free opportunity to meet face-to-face with students who are passionate about careers in the automotive aftermarket.
Why Companies Should Attend
- Connect directly with future engineers who are passionate about vehicles, innovation and technology.
- Promote career opportunities and open positions.
- Build relationships with emerging engineers and technical professionals.
- Support workforce development within the aftermarket industry.
- Network with other aftermarket professionals and industry leaders in attendance.
If your company is searching for future automotive engineers who are work-ready, eager to learn and want to contribute to a growing and passionate industry, the ETTN Career Fair is a valuable opportunity to meet motivated students and build your future workforce.
