The SEMA Wheel, Tire, Suspension & Brake Council (WTSBC) is hosting a virtual Coffee and Conversation on attracting and retaining skilled talent in the automotive aftermarket, one of the biggest challenges facing the industry today.
Happening on Thursday, February 5 at 9:00 a.m. PST/12:00 p.m. EST, the conversation will focus on today's labor market, giving members a chance to share insights, best practices and gain ideas for improving recruitment and retention efforts.
Coffee and Conversations offer a collaborative environment where participants can exchange ideas, ask questions, and learn actionable strategies they can apply to their organizations. This session will explore current labor statistics, workforce trends, generational dynamics and strategies for retention and recruitment, with best practices applicable to manufacturing, office and remote environments. Attendees will also hear from experts Michael Cioffi, founder of Tire Talent, and Caitlyn Rzasa, human resources manager at HP Tuners, who will share tips for improving workforce strategies.
Whether your company is focused on retaining its current talent, is actively hiring or you simply want to share your own experiences, this event is your opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from SEMA members of various professions.
