NPW Companies Acquires All Products Automotive
NPW Companies, based in Miami, has announced the acquisition of All Products Automotive, headquartered in Chicago. The deal closed October 16. The acquisition strengthens NPW’s professional customer coverage and expands their penetration across the United States, particularly in the upper Midwest. Both companies are family-owned and -operated. Greg and Jane Wintroub have successfully operated All Products for nearly half a century since 1972. NPW Companies celebrated 50 years in operation in 2019. Both companies are shareholder owners of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Inc. NPW currently has 16 warehouse locations and 50 store locations across the United States and Canada and services more than 150 Certified Service Centers. All Products brings an additional two locations and several more CSC locations. As part of NPW, All Products will continue to be badged as Auto Value. The brand has a national identity as part of the Alliance—an aftermarket distribution and marketing program.

The catalog, available in print and as a free online download, covers Dodge/Ram Cummins, Ford Power Stroke and GM Duramax engines. The diesel performance section features valves, drop-in springs, valve stem seals, pushrods and camshafts. The O.E. section includes listings for pistons, rings, pin bushings, cylinder repair sleeves, bearings, gaskets, head bolts, camshafts, oil pumps, timing gears and valve train components. LIQUI MOLY USA/Canada has announced it has hired multiple new employees to its growing team. This is the oil and additive specialist’s strategy to cope with the COVID-19 impact. Since February, LIQUI MOLY USA/Canada has added Neriman Stumpf, Jose Mendoza, Aaron Crosby, Ken Dowler, Selene Ibarra and Robert McLogan. With these new additions, their team grew to 41 employees. Their responsibilities will include multiple tasks varying from digital marketing, to supporting auto repair shops as they grow their business, improving customer engagement and satisfaction, and continuing to bring LIQUI MOLY’s leading range of oils, additives and other automotive chemicals to market.
Speedmaster Appoints Vic Wood Vice President of North American Sales
Speedmaster, the manufacturing and distribution company with offices in Sydney, Los Angeles, and Shanghai, has announced the appointment of Vic Wood as its North American vice president of sales. He brings four decades of experience to his new role. He will be the “face of Speedmaster” in the United States and represent the Speedmaster brand at all levels of sales and distribution.
Red Line Synthetic Oil Launches Virtual Event for Racers and Enthusiasts
Red Line Synthetic Oil has announced the launch of its new virtual event, A Peek into Red Line. Designed for racers and automotive enthusiasts, the educational sessions will provide in-depth conversations surrounding the company’s initiatives and the science behind Red Line’s key products. The event is free and will take place on Thursday, October 29, on Red Line’s official Facebook and YouTube pages, running from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (PST). A Peek into Red Line will give a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into making Red Line’s products, featuring interviews with Red Line’s chemist Roy Howell, as well as the company’s sponsored racers Scott Birdsall, James Clay, Paul Lee, Steve Torrence and more. These individuals will conduct 30-minute live streams and answer questions as time allows. Following the launch of Red Line’s latest antifreeze/coolant product, SuperCool, the event will also feature conversations surrounding the coolant market and offerings. Additional racers will be announced leading up to the event next week. The final schedule will be updated accordingly and available via Eventbrite.
