Product and Process Improvement Engineer
Restoration Parts Unlimited (RPUI) is hiring a product and process improvement engineer responsible for improving manufacturing processes and methods for cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency for RPUI. This position assists operations in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality control and training, and performs research, design and development of manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment. This position works with the product management team on prototyping, testing and production of new products across RPUI.
B2C Sales Customer Service Representative
MW Company is hiring a B2C sales customer service representative responsible for interaction with retail customers in the call center for the company’s portfolio of brands across racing and automotive aftermarket industries. This position will work as part of a high-performing team of call center representatives for all direct-to-consumer B2C inquiries and interactions, including lead processing, sales, payments, product availability questions, product returns, warranties, repairs and technical questions. This position will also handle communications with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders in a prompt and courteous manner, and resolve customer questions and issues. Director of Track Oprerations
M1 Concourse is seeking a director of track operations to manage its motorsports activities, driving events and supporting operations. This position will lead all aspects of track management, including private club activities, corporate events, instructional coaching and overseeing the various administrative functions necessary to support these activities. The ideal candidate must have exceptional driving skills, superior organizational skills, be an effective driving coach and communicator and able to effectively lead a team of driving instructors and track support personnel.
