This position will improve operating performance, reduce waste, promote cost reductions and a high level of efficiency, lead LEAN process improvements and implement sustainable processes and metrics. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a similar field and more than five years’ experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

Sales Manager: Turbosmart USA LLC is hiring a sales manager resonsible for outbound and inbound sales, building existing distributor networks and seeking new distributors, proactively and continually contacting customers via the phone, maintaining relationships and taking regular sales trips, training trips and going to events with the purpose of increasing sales and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a sales role, one year of experience in a factory, warehouse or workshop and technical knowledge of automotive aftermarket products/Turbosmart products.
