Do You Need Meeting Space at the SEMA Show?

The SEMA Members Lounge, North and South, have free, dedicated meeting space available that can accommodate small groups (10 or fewer) and are available at no charge to member exhibitors and buyers.

For those needing a place to meet while at the SEMA Show, the SEMA Members Lounge, North and South, have free, dedicated meeting space available. Meeting rooms can accommodate small groups (10 or fewer) and are available at no charge to member exhibitors and buyers.*

Reserve your meeting room prior to the Show, or to check room availability during the Show, please visit the meeting room check-in counter located inside the Members Lounge.

Members Lounge North is located in the North Hall (N251).

Members Lounge South is located in the east end of the Lower South Hall lobby.

Reserve your room(s).

Members Lounges are a convenient place to grab lunch, network with other SEMA members, access a computer with a printer and internet service or charge your cell phone. Both Members Lounges are open during Show hours. A hot lunch is available in Members Lounge North from 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. daily, and a cold “Grab N’ Go” meal can be purchased in both lounges any time during Show hours.

Also, SEMA Member Buyer Rewards (MBR) members have access to the MBR program benefits. MBR cards will be mailed in late October.
