  • Outside Account Manager: KWR Enterprises is hiring an outside account manager to serve as a consultative subject matter expert on the company’s full line of products and services, determining customers’ needs and presenting appropriate solutions and ideas. This position will be responsible for providing new and existing customers with the necessary understanding and practical applications of the company’s business enhancement and marketing programs that will enable them to grow their businesses while also consistently meeting quotas and performance goals.
  • Auto Technician: Valencia Auto Performance & Simply Smog is hiring an experienced auto technician with their own tools. The successful candidate must be able to properly diagnose and have a clean driving record. California Smog Test license is a plus, but not necessary. German experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Lead Sales Associate: XS Power Batteries is hiring a lead sales associate responsible for growing current assigned accounts while also using provided leads to bring in new business, providing unmatched customer service to every customer and providing training to assigned accounts and at industry trade shows as needed. Some travel is required.
  • Mechanic/Installer: PRW Industries is hiring a marketing department manager. The successful candidate will have experience/knowledge in co-op advertising, MAP programs, Illustrator and InDesign, web design, social media and data entry. Auto-parts knowledge or mechanical experience is a plus.

SEMA recently launched the SEMA Career Center to address the employment challenges of automotive companies and facilitate a talent pipeline for entering into the automotive aftermarket industry. Through an automotive network that includes the Auto Care Association, the SEMA Career Center will expand the volume and reach of job openings from automotive companies throughout the country.
