Team Bilstein Racers Win Big

Last weekend, Bilstein off-road racers secured six podium finishes in rounds 3 and 4 of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. During round 3, Team Bilstein racers Jerett Brooks took first place in Pro Lite, Taylor Atchison took second in Pro Buggy and Trey Gibbs took second in Mod Kart. Sunday’s round 4 results were almost identical. Again, Brooks took first place in Pro Lite and Atchison took second in Pro Buggy. Gibbs stepped up his game with a first-place finish in Mod Kart. On the dirt-track side, Team Bilstein racer Kevin “Buzzy” Adams took first place Friday night at the Red Cedar Speedway WISSOTA Modified event. He then proceeded to back his win up with another first-place finish Saturday night at Rice Lake Speedway. Team Bilstein racer Joey Zambotti also scored big this past weekend, taking first place in the RUSH Series Stock Car race held in Learnerville, Pennsylvania.

  • Brian Wolfmeier won A-Mods at Belle Clair Speedway.
  • Gabe Menser won A-Mods at Charelston Speedway.
  • Bill Egleston won IMCA A-Mods at Merced Speedway.
  • Brian Worley won the $2,000 Super Street Special at NEA Speedway.

New WELD/CCW Forged Performance Roush Velocity Wheels Debut at Pirelli World Challenge Event

A new forged competition wheel, jointly produced by WELD and CCW Forged Performance, debuted at the Pirelli World Challenge (PWC) event at Barber Motorsports Park as part of the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama near Birmingham, Alabama, April 22–24. The 18-in. WELD/CCW designed and built Roush Velocity wheels were produced exclusively for Roush Performance. The wheels are mounted on the Roush Road Racing Ford Mustang Boss 302Rs of Jack Roush Jr. and Nate Stacy, who compete in the GTS class. Roush Jr. and Stacy are off to a good start to the season with Roush Jr. having chalked up double wins at the World Challenge GTS race at the St. Petersburg Grand Prix and Stacy securing a third-place finish.
