Joni Wiman Wins Red Bull Global Rallycross Season Finale in Las Vegas
Joni Wiman closed the 2015 Red Bull Global Rallycross Championship season with a win for the Olsbergs MSE Ford team at the Las Vegas season finale last Wednesday. Teammate Sebastian Eriksson drove his Red Bull/Bluebeam Ford Fiesta to second place, and scored the runner-up position in the 2015 championship. He also sealed his Rookie of the Year title with a record of five podiums in 12 starts, including a win in Daytona early in the season. In Lites, the next generation of rallycross superstars led Olsbergs MSE to its second straight title in the development series. Oliver Eriksson finished the challenging Las Vegas race in third place to claim the championship crown. He scored nine podiums in 12 starts this year, including three wins. Teammate Austin Cindric finished runner-up in the points after he spun off course while pushing for the race lead. He had an impressive season in the series, with eight podium results, including four wins.

Jessi Combs and Savvy Off Road Launch 2016 Campaign
Jessi Combs and Savvy Off Road are joining forces to tackle the 2016 King of the Hammers (KOH) Every Man Challenge (EMC) race event held in Johnson Valley, California. The announcement was made and campaign launched, along with the introduction of the ’16 Savvy Jeep, during the 2015 SEMA Show. Combs, a successful racer, metal fabricator and television show host will be joined in the car by new co-driver Martin Castro, general manager for Savvy Off Road, when they tackle the notoriously brutal event next year. The duo will be racing the 2016 version of the Savvy Off Road Jeep, which has already claimed four KOH titles with Savvy Off Road CEO Gerald Lee and John Currie at the helm. Off-Road champion BJ Baldwin has taken his quest for adventure to the rugged Pacific Northwest in Recoil 3, which can be viewed now on YouTube. In the third installment of the Recoil franchise, Baldwin is hot on the tracks of the great mythical beast known as Sasquatch. During the pursuit of his nemesis known as “Bruce,” Baldwin manages to cause mayhem throughout the urban jungle of Tacoma, Washington, in his Monster Energy/Toyo Tires Trophy Truck.
