Pennsylvania Proposes Extending Emissions Inspection Waiver for Newer Cars

The Pennsylvania Legislature has introduced legislation to extend the emissions inspection exemption for five years after the model year.
  

Legislation has been introduced in the Pennsylvania Legislature to extend the emissions inspection exemption for five years after the model year. Current law only exempts new vehicles that have less than 5,000 miles on their odometer for one year after their first registration.
