Carol Molina passed away last month after a long battle with cancer.

Carol Molina—a partner in the public-relations firm JMPR and long-time friend to many in the collector-car world—died June 25. She was 56.

“She was a regular on the collector-car circuit, helped arrange a lot of events—she was a co-owner in JMPR—and she established a lot of the important relationships and friendships that we have,” said Joe Molina, her husband.

Carol Molina died after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

“Behind every successful man is a very smart woman,” Joe Molina said. “And she loved cars. She loved Bentleys, Delahayes, 280SLs and Packards.”

The couple met 35 years ago when Carol admired Joe’s ’77 MG. They were married for 29 years. They have two children: Allyson and Cameron.

A private service was held July 2, with internment at Oakwood Memorial Park in Chatsworth, California. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Summit View School:
