Eric Fulcher Named VP of Global Operations for ACAT Global
Advanced Clean Air Technologies (ACAT) Global hired Eric Fulcher as vice president of global operations. Fulcher will oversee all aspects of the business and focus on the increasing ACAT's international presence in the automotive, commercial vehicle and powersports industries. Fulcher was most recently the vice president of continuous improvement for the NAO Division and the Asia-division industrial and quality director for the Faurecia Group in Shanghai, China.

New Network for "Two Guys Garage," "Truck U"
Brenton Productions announced that its automotive how-to programs, "Two Guys Garage" and "Truck U", will air on the Great American Country cable network beginning August 24. Great American Country is available in more than 63 million homes and is owned by Scripps Networks Interactive. "Two Guys Garage" and "Truck U" will also be actively promoted across all Scripps networks, which include HGTV, DIY Network, Food Network, Cooking Channel and Travel Channel. "'Two Guys Garage' and 'Truck U' have a cult following of loyal fans that will move with us to our new home at GAC," said John Passante, president and CEO, Brenton Productions. "For the past three years, GAC has been one of the fastest growing channels and embodies the American lifestyle that so many of our viewers embrace." "Two Guys Garage" is hosted by Kevin Byrd and Willie B, while "Truck U" features the talents of Matt Steele and Bruno Massel.

Goodguys 16th PPG Nationals to Include More Than 6,000 Vehicles  
The three-day Goodguys 16th PPG Nationals begins its run at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, Ohio, this Friday, July 12. Producers of the event recently announced that cars from 34 states and Canadian provinces have pre-registered for the event, and more than 6,000 '72 and earlier rods, musclecars, customs, classics and street machines will be in attendance. The event will also feature the popular Goodguys AutoCross, where the track will be set ablaze beginning with Friday’s Street Machine of the Year qualifier runs and continue with Saturday’s Sponsor Shootout. The Sponsor Shootout is a special eliminator event featuring some of the nation’s top drivers representing all 12 national Goodguys AutoCross sponsors. Drivers entered include Mark Turner (AFCO), Stacy Tucker (AutoMeter), Phil Gerber (Roadster Shop), Ryan Mathews (Detroit Speed), Brad Coomer (Rocket Racing Wheels), Rob McGregor (Hurst Shifters), Bret Voelkel (Ridetech), Cheryl Herrick (Jet Hot), Roger Burman (Summit Racing), Jimi Day (Optima Batteries), Brian Finch (BFGoodrich) and Kyle Tucker (JRI Shocks).

Jason Lavold Hired as Videographer for RealTruck.com
RealTruck.com announced that it has hired Jason Lavold as its new videographer. Lavold is responsible for producing engaging video content for the truck accessory retailer. An avid outdoorsman, Lavold is relocating back to the Fargo-Moorhead (North Dakota) area after spending several years in Brainerd, Minnesota, where he most recently did work for numerous hunting and fishing television shows. “Jason not only has a strong professional background, but he also has the attitude and work ethic we look for any time we bring on a new employee,” said Scott Bintz, CEO of RealTruck.com. “Finding someone with the right balance of skill and cultural fit is never easy, but Jason knocks both out of the park. We’re fortunate to have him on the team, and we’re really looking forward to watching him take our videos to the next level.”
