In January 2012, Taobao and Alibaba outlined their procedures for removing infringing posts from their respective websites. This free webinar may be viewed online. Taobao has made some changes to its policy in the ensuing year. Join us as Ricky Shen and Bryan Shao, Legal Counsel at Taobao.com, and John Spelich, vice president for international corporate affairs at Taobao's parent company, Alibaba Group, explain to rights holders how to remove infringing postings from the Taobao website.

Preliminary Injunctions in China
