The successful candidate must be able to motivate and manage the web team to ensure the highest level of productivity and effectiveness. Requirements include 10–15 years of IT and web experience, a minimum of 5–7 years of previous direct-to-consumer Internet marketing experience, extensive programming experience with AS400 and JAVA and solid experience with WebSphere Commerce.
