RideTech Launches Graphic Vinyl Wrap Contest
RideTech launched a contest to help the company design a
graphical vinyl wrap for its '33 Factory Five Kit. The company has
called on participants to be as creative as possible; there are no
restrictions on the design. The contest is open now through January 31,
2012. The public will begin to vote on their favorite designs beginning
February 1. The design that receives the most votes will receive a $500

Eric Tack Returns to Drive for Team BIGFOOT
Team BIGFOOT announced that it will call on veteran driver Eric Tack to pilot the monster truck for the 2012 season. In addition to driving, Tack will also help train on-deck driver JR Adams. Tack's record behind the wheel of Team Bigfoot's truck includes capturing his first championship in 2000, the inaugural ProMT title, and Monster Nationals championships in 2002 and 2003. After his retirement from driving in 2003, Tack got behind the wheel of BIGFOOT again in 2010 at the Pontiac Silverdome.

KOI Sets Training Workshops for Cavalcade of Customs
KOI Auto Parts and Federated Auto Parts will team up to present the 2012 Cavalcade of Customs and Training Expo, January 13–15, at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The 2012 Cavalcade marks the 52nd anniversary of the event. KOI announced that its training workshops will feature classes for professional mechanical, body shop and management customers taught by instructors from Federated and KOI manufacturing partners.

Akebono Brake Corp. announced that it partnered with ExtremeWrench to offer reward points to independent repair shops through the ExtremeWrench rewards portal. Akebono will offer rewards for scanning the barcodes on the company's complete line of brake pads, brake drums and calipers.
