Don't Miss the PRO Experience at the SEMA Show

SEMA’s own Ford Transit Connect will be transformed into a rolling billboard promoting SEMA's councils and committees at the Show.
The Professional Restylers Organization’s (PRO) booth will be a hub of activity during the 2011 SEMA Show. Located in the North Hall, PRO Booth #12461 will feature live wrapping, window film, graphics and paint-protection demonstrations that will occur daily, Tuesday through Friday, at 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. With the support of such industry-leading companies as American Tire Distributors, 3M, Eagle Enterprises, Llumar, Nitto Tires, Restylers’ Choice, Starshield Armor and Universal Products, SEMA’s own Plain-Jane Ford Transit Connect will be transformed into a rolling billboard promoting SEMA's councils and committees. While you’re there, check out the video highlighting the benefits of council membership and get acquainted with Select Committee members who will be on hand throughout the week.

Also on tap (pun intended), is the third installment of PRO’s Industry Awards Reception, simply known as NovemberFest. The annual bash, hosted by PRO and supporting sponsors, features hors d’oeuvres, drinks and giveaways, plus a salute to this year’s PRO awards honorees. Join colleagues, invite friends and rub shoulders with a who’s who of the restyling industry at the hottest party in town. And it’s all happening Tuesday evening, November 1, at the Las Vegas Hilton, Ballroom B.

Educational seminars at the SEMA Show offer valuable take-home information. This year, PRO is sponsoring three sessions. First up: “Reading the Customer,” presented by Dick Dixon of Cal State University San Bernadino, from 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m., Tuesday in Room N258. Dan Hall of AutoPacific will present, “New-Car Buyers' Aftermarket Intentions,” Wednesday, from 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. in Room N255.

And finally, the annual Dealer Day program is scheduled for Wednesday, from 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at the LVCC. Open exclusively to auto dealership principals and managers, the restyler-centric session is co-sponsored by the National Independent Auto Dealers Association (NIADA).

Highlights include PRO-member presenters who will offer tips and tactics on partnering with the right installer to create a profitable accessory program, an auto enthusiast panel discussion and a restyler-led vehicle walk-around profiling accessory options and benefits. If any of your dealer customers plan to attend the Show, encourage them to register for Dealer Day at www.SEMAShow.com/dealerday.
