DISPLAY VEHICLES ARRIVING AT THE SHOW—WHERE TO GO
There are two distinct groups of vehicles arriving at the Show in the next few days: booth vehicles and feature vehicles.

Booth vehicles are those placed within an exhibitor’s booth and can be placed anytime during setup hours. Best to bring them in AFTER your target time to ensure that the aisles are clear and your carpet is laid. There are NO spotting fees. To get your car into your booth, just go to the nearest freight door and a Freeman representative will guide you to your booth. During the Show, vehicles absolutely can NOT be started. All batteries and alarms must be disconnected. Gas tanks must be less than ¼ tank full or contain five gallons, whichever is less. Please make sure your vehicle(s) is also at least 10 inches in from the aisle.

Feature vehicles are those sponsored by an exhibitor and will be placed in and around the convention center grounds this Sunday. All feature vehicles have been assigned an arrival time based on their confirmations. All feature vehicles will be required to check-in at the Green Lot, which is east of the Convention Center, off of Desert Inn Drive. Please have all feature vehicle drivers bring their confirmations with them and report to the Green Lot at their appointed time this Sunday. During the Show, vehicles absolutely can NOT be started. All batteries and alarms must be disconnected. Gas tanks must be less than ¼ tank full or contain five gallons, whichever is less.

EXHIBITOR APPRECIATION PARTY
SEMA truly appreciates the efforts you have made to exhibit at this year’s SEMA Show, and wants to say thank you at the 3rd annual Exhibitor Appreciation Party. This year’s reception will be held poolside Monday evening, November 1, at the Renaissance Hotel next to the South Hall, from 5:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Grab some food and drinks, compliments of SEMA, and celebrate the kick-off to what will be a great week at the SEMA Show.

CLEAN FLOOR DEADLINE IN PLACE
In an effort to ensure a fluid move-in of the Show for all exhibitors, a "clean floor" deadline is in force for 3:00 p.m. on the Monday before Show opening. "Clean Floor" refers to the requirement that all crates and "empties" be ready for pick up by the Official Service Contractor for storage during the Show. All crates must be sealed, closed and labeled for Freeman or to commence "cleaning" the floor for final preparation of the Show's opening.

VEHICLE PARKING AT THE CONVENTION CENTER
• No parking overnight in any Convention Center parking lot.
• Vehicle parking is available in the Gold Lot, located across from the Convention Center entrance on Paradise Road.
• Vehicle parking is available in the Green Lot, located on the Southeast corner of Swenson and Desert Inn, behind the Convention Center.
