Securing Credit: Meet the Experts

A recent SEMA survey indicated that business credit availability is among the biggest challenges faced by SEMA members today. Many with solid lender relationships have had terms altered and face tougher requirements. Recognizing this need, the SEMA Education Institute will be offering a number of sessions at this year's SEMA Show to address these challenges.

Of particular note is a session entitled, "Securing Credit: Meet the Experts," scheduled for Thursday, November 4, from 3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Room N261.

"SEMA has assembled a group of financial institutions who are strong supporters of companies in the automotive aftermarket," stated Nathan Ridnouer, vice president of Councils and Membership. He continued, "Each of these lenders looks forward to the prospect of working closely with aftermarket companies to determine if they can help." Attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the "SEMA Lender Connection: A Guide to Financial Alternatives and Solutions."

The panel will be moderated by SEMA member Wade Kawasaki, CEO, Exports International, and will include:

  • Ray Boyadjian, senior vice president, group manager western division middle market group, Comerica Bank
  • Agatha Fung, EVP, head of international banking division, EastWest Bank
  • Greg Grande, senior vice president & manager, Citizens Business Bank
  • Charles Rosen, executive vice president, Community Bank
  • Drucilla Garcia-Richardson, senior vice president/regional manager, Manufacturers Bank

This session will provide an invaluable resource for companies to learn what financial information lenders are looking for, what financing options are available and how new legislation will impact lending. Don't miss this opportunity to gain critical insight, ask specific questions and connect with lenders.
