WHAT CAN YOUR FLOOR MANAGER DO FOR YOU?
Floor Managers are assigned to each hall. In many cases, they have worked the same area of the show for a number of years. Floor Managers are your on-site resource and can help with questions about freight, move-in, move-out, booth vehicles, display regulations, and assist you if you encounter a challenge of any kind. Contact information will be provided to you in your booth during set-up.

ORDER YOUR LEAD RETRIEVAL MACHINE
SEMA has partnered with CompuSystems to provide you with tools for managing the entire lead retrieval process. Every attendee on the show floor wears a badge that shows their name, title, company name, and city/state. Embedded within a bar code on each badge is a great deal of key information about that attendee. CompuSystems offers a suite of lead management products and services designed to help exhibitors quickly and easily capture and qualify leads on the show floor. Available are all types of lead retrieval needs: a handheld unit, a desktop unit with paper printout, and a computer-based system for the more advanced user. Make the most of your investment in exhibiting at the SEMA Show, and turn your leads into sales! Simply CLICK HERE or call 708/786-5565 for more information.

DISPLAY VEHICLES ARRIVING AT THE SHOW – WHERE TO GO
There are two distinct groups of vehicles arriving at the show in the next few days; Booth Vehicles and Feature Vehicles.

Booth Vehicles are those placed within an exhibitor’s booth, and can be placed anytime during setup hours. Best to bring them in AFTER your target time to ensure that the aisles are clear and your carpet is laid. There are NO spotting fees. To get your car into your booth, just go to the nearest freight door and a Freeman representative will guide you to your booth. Check the online floor plan or call 702/450-7662, ext. 120 if you need assistance on which freight door is best. During the Show, vehicles absolutely can NOT be started.  All batteries and alarms must be disconnected. Gas tanks must be less than one-quarrter tank full or contain five gallons, whichever is less. Please make sure it is also at least 10 inches in from the aisle.

Feature Vehicles are those sponsored by an exhibitor and will be placed in and around the convention center grounds this Sunday. All Feature Vehicles have been assigned an arrival time based on their confirmations. All Feature Vehicles will be required to check-in at the Green Lot which is east of the Convention Center off of Desert Inn Drive. Please have all Feature Vehicle drivers bring their confirmations with them and report to the Green at their appointed time this Sunday. During the Show, vehicles absolutely can NOT be started. All batteries and alarms must be disconnected. Gas tanks must be less than one-quarter tank full or contain five gallons, whichever is less.
