Last Chance to Submit Proposals for GM and Suzuki SEMA Show Projects

  The Pontiac G8 is one the vehicles offered in GM's 2009 SEMA Show project-vehicle lineup.

The deadline to submit proposals for both General Motors and Suzuki Project Vehicle Programs for the 2009 SEMA Show is this Friday, May 1. For information on these programs, visit www.sema.org/oem.

General Motors
GM's 2009 SEMA Show strategy will focus on passenger-car performance accessories and some pickups with full accessory programs from the accessories market.

Key vehicles for consideration include the Chevrolet Camaro, Pontiac G8 and GMC Sierra. Other GM product lines will be available in limited quantities. Approved projects must be completed by October 16. Access the proposal requirements and contact information here.

Suzuki
Suzuki is providing SEMA members exhibiting at the 2009 SEMA Show with an opportunity to build a Kizashi 3 project vehicle. Proposals must be received by Suzuki by Friday, May 1.

The automaker is providing pre-production versions of the vehicle to companies for one year to create and promote accessories. Suzuki has plans to launch the sport sedan at the end of 2009 as a 2010 model.
