A new online resource is available to importers of autos and auto parts. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has posted information designed to help importers comply with applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS).
The website includes information on the government standards, reporting requirements, regulatory program and enforcement process.
