OnSight Solutions (OSS) promoted two key employees, Earl McMahon and Joe Fasso. McMahon, who has been with OSS since March of 2005, was promoted from productions manager to operations manager. This is a new position specifically created by the company for McMahon, who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of information technology, ongoing website initiatives; implementing all new software; and acting as a direct liaison between franchisees and management.
Fasso, hired last January for the company’s graphic design department, will move in to the position of production manager. While he will continue to participate in designing, Fasso will also oversee all aspects of the production and order-fulfillment departments.
Adam’s Polishes Inc. hired Justin Politte as shine consultant. In 2005, Politte began a car detailing business and preferred Adam’s Polishes for his clients. His business was so successful that he decided to become a distributor for the company. Adam Pitale, founder of Adam’s Polishes was impressed and asked him to be a part of the Adam’s Polishes online forum, answering consumer questions about the product line.
“Justin knew almost as much as I did about the products," Pitale said. “The next step was easy—we hired him as a salesperson.”
