The 2010 SEMA Show will once again offer a trio of Technology Briefing SuperSessions designed to provide attendees insights and information into the current and future evolution of the automobile and the myriad new business and product-development opportunities advanced vehicle technologies offer specialty-equipment manufacturers, distributors, retailers and installers.

Less than two months are left before automotive specialty-equipment industry exhibitors and buyers flock to Las Vegas for the 2010 SEMA Show, to be held Tuesday, November 2, through Friday, November 5.

American Eagle Wheel Corp. (AEWC) was a first-time exhibitor at the 2009 SEMA Show. SEMA News spent some time with AEWC President Margo Furcolow at the company’s facility in Chino, California. Ms. Furcolow discussed the company’s experience as a first-time exhibitor and offered advice for other first-timers.

In traditional hobbyist terms, automotive restoration refers strictly to classic cars rebuilt using classic car parts. And while there remains a significant portion of the market for which that holds true, today’s restorations are just as likely to include an amalgam of modern running gear as well as comfort and safety systems combined with factory-spec knobs, moldings, panels and fabrics.
