Every year there are a handful of vehicles that become the stars of the SEMA Show. To celebrate these standouts, SEMA officials will announce three SEMA Awards, Hottest Car, Hottest Truck and Hottest 4x4-SUV for the very first time ever.
The SEMA Show serves as a powerful springboard that catapults the industry into the coming year. Exhibitors and attendees alike should have a full head of steam as they carry the enthusiasm generated on the Show floor back to their businesses.
The 2010 SEMA Show marked the first time that Audi had an exhibit at the annual specialty-equipment market showcase. All around the Show floor, customized Audis caught the eye of Showgoers, in addition to the official Audi display.
SEMA Ambassadors were honored and recognized during the 2010 SEMA Show
for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. SEMA
Ambassadors fulfill an important role by participating in the
Member-Get-a-Member recruitment campaign, sharing the value of SEMA
membership with non-members, advising and mentoring new members by
escorting them to industry events and encouraging volunteer
participation among other SEMA members.
Through a partnership between the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) and SEMA, the 2010 SEMA Show
for the first time featured a dedicated area for more than 250
collision industry exhibitors. SCRS’ Repairer Driven Education drew
more than 125 individuals through two days of educational offerings
that covered topics targeting collision-repair professionals.
