Tuff Stuff Performance Accessories hired Mike Stasko as marketing manager to lead and implement the company’s new marketing programs. Stasko has been in the performance industry for nearly 35 years, having held marketing positions at Mr. Gasket Company, Corsa Performance and most recently as the marketing manager at Prestolite Performance.

The TTXGP, which bills itself as the world’s first zero-carbon race series, held its inaugural U.S. race during the West Coast Moto Jam at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California. ZeroAgni rider Shawn Higbee won the race after a long battle with Lightening Motorcycles rider Michael Barnes. Seventeen industry professionals are vying for a position on the 2010–2012 SEMA Board of Directors. The SEMA Board provides strategic direction to the association and plays a critical role in shaping the future of the automotive specialty-equipment industry.

Ballots were sent to the primary contacts at eligible SEMA-member companies within the corresponding categories at the beginning of May and are due back by June 16, 2010.
