The deadline for changes to appear in the printed SEMA Show Directory is September 2, 2011. The Show contact from each exhibiting company will be receiving e-mails from SEMA with the information currently held by SEMA that will be in your directory listing. The first e-mail was sent on Wednesday, August 3, with the subject line “Your Printed 2011 SEMA Show Directory Listing.” If the information in the e-mail is not correct, then reply to the e-mail with the changes. If you have any questions regarding your listing, please contact Marel Del Rio at mareld@sema.org or call 909/978-6740.

BUDGET CHECKLIST
New this year in the Exhibitor Manual is a budget checklist that will actually calculate your costs for you. It is important as you plan for the upcoming Show to minimize your surprises and be completely in control of what you can expect when you arrive in Las Vegas. Simply go to Exhibitor Manual and the first link under “About the Show” on the left column is the budget checklist. Not only will it make calculations for you, but it also reminds you of most every detail or line item that comes with exhibiting at the SEMA Show.

DEADLINE CHECKLIST
One of the most important elements of the Exhibitor Manual, and in your planning for the SEMA Show, is the Deadlines Checklist. This one-page pdf document will provide you with all the important dates to have everything ordered for your booth and to ensure the lowest prices possible. Please print this page and have it readily available and posted on your desktop so you can reference it throughout the year. The first deadline is less than one month away so don’t wait too long to start planning!

HAVE YOU REGISTERED YOUR BOOTH PERSONNEL?

Deadline to Receive Badges in the Mail: October 14 (domestic) or September 23 (international)

Click here to register today. Complimentary badges are available to exhibitors based on the size of their booth. Additional badges required over the allocated amount are $25 per badge.
