Attendees: Streamline Your Experience With the SEMA Show App

Enhance and streamline your 2012 SEMA Show experience by using the newly created SEMA Show app for smartphones. Attendees can use the free, innovative digital resource to navigate the Show floor, locate exhibitors and plan for education sessions. The new app even allows users to search for exhibiting companies by product category and then communicate with them to set appointments.

Because the app was developed by CompuSystems, the Show’s registration company, it also includes a special feature that lets users access, track and print appointments through the CompuSystems registration dashboard.

The SEMA Show app will expand attendees’ opportunities to conduct business and connect with existing and potential customers on the Show floor. Attendees can view the Show floorplan; search for exhibitors alphabetically, by section or by product category; create a preferred list of exhibitors and a personalized schedule; view and add education sessions; and receive pertinent SEMA Show messages.

Visit your appropriate smartphone marketplace to download the free SEMA Show app.

The SEMA Mustang Build began at L&G Enterprises, where the vehicle was transformed from factory white to the current all-black finish.
The SEMA Mustang Build—Powered by Women, launched by the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN), spotlights women working in the automotive aftermarket and encourages women to pursue careers in the industry. Ford Motor Co. donated a ’13 Mustang GT for the project to be modified entirely by SBN members.

The vehicle will be auctioned through eBay, with proceeds benefitting the SEMA Memorial Scholarship Fund. Forty aftermarket manufacturers, retailers and suppliers provided more than 50 high-performance components for this historic all-female Mustang build. Custom installations and vehicle modifications included an E-Force Supercharger System from Edelbrock, front and rear brakes from Wilwood, lowering springs from H&R, a suspension system from Whiteline USA, an exhaust system from MagnaFlow, a stereo system from Kicker, P Zero tires from Pirelli and Forgeline GA1R wheels with a custom finish.
