On Tuesday, November 5, at 7:30 p.m., SEMA PAC will host a reception at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino (Suite 2915). The event is open to SEMA members who contribute at least $50 to SEMA PAC. Open bar cocktails and premium catering will be served.

SEMA Show
Buyers from the United States who register online on or before Friday, October 11, save more than $50 and have their badges mailed to them in advance of the Show.

The early registration deadline for the 2019 SEMA Show is approaching, giving qualified attendees a chance to save time and money. Buyers from the United States who register online on or before Friday, October 11, save more than $50 and have their badges mailed in advance of the Show.

To receive the discounted fee of $40 per person, qualified attendees must register online. Badges will be mailed in advance to domestic buyers. International attendees who register before the Show will receive a confirmation email with a barcode that will make obtaining their badges onsite seamless and easy. Badges for other categories (including media and non-exhibiting manufacturers) are not mailed.

To qualify for buyer badges, applicants may be required to submit proof of employment in the industry. Prior year’s approval does not automatically guarantee approval for 2019, and qualifying materials may still be required.

Once approved, the badge provides access to the SEMA Show all four days of the event, as well as to the educational seminars and to SEMA Ignited—the official after-party—where the general public is allowed to attend on Friday after the Show closes.

SDC
The SEMA Data Co-op (SDC) is offering free data-management consultations at the 2019 SEMA Show in booth #20679.

The SEMA Data Co-op (SDC) team will be out in full force during SEMA Show week, offering free data-management consultations in booth #20679, upstairs in Central hall.

“We are very excited about this year’s SEMA Show,” said Gigi Ho, SDC director of operations. “With new programs and system functionality to reveal, we are looking forward to talking to our manufacturer and reseller members, as well as those looking to learn more about how SDC can help their businesses.

“We are also spotlighting manufacturers who have achieved Platinum data status throughout the Show floor. Platinum status means that buyers can expect the best and most complete data for their websites, point-of-sale systems, or wherever else they need content-rich data. Make sure to stop by these manufacturers’ booths and tell them you’d like to receive their product data through SDC.”

To learn more about how to receive data or become an SDC member, stop by the SDC booth in SEMA Central for a free demo or to sign up and start using the industry’s most complete product data.

“The SDC is the only industry-owned and -operated database with more than 450 brands and all the tools and expert assistance to get your data in order,” Ho said. “Resellers love our program, which provides unlimited exports at no charge to our members.”

Jeep Show FloorExhibitors of the 2019 SEMA Show can expand their reach, product exposure and Show-floor presence by offering products to builders through the Products for Project-Vehicle Builders list.

Exhibitors of the 2019 SEMA Show are invited to expand their reach, product exposure and Show-floor presence by offering products to builders through the Products for Project-Vehicle Builders list. The list connects manufacturers with builders looking to create or complete a vehicle project.

The list, which will be updated in SEMA eNews, features product offers and contact information provided by confirmed SEMA Show exhibitors. Builders interested in obtaining a product should use the information to contact exhibitors directly. With each project vehicle required to be supported by a current 2019 SEMA Show exhibitor, all product-placement decisions, negotiations and agreements are the responsibility of the exhibiting manufacturer and the builder.

The list is open to exhibitors of the 2019 SEMA Show only. To be included in the list, complete the form.

Exhibitors: Each submission will appear on a first-come, first-served basis. As participation increases, all submissions will also be archived on www.SEMAShow.com.

Note: For verification purposes, the Project-Vehicle Builders form must be used to participate in the program; email submissions will not be included in the list. Participation in the list does not guarantee product or vehicle placement at the 2019 SEMA Show.
