Throughout the Media Preview Exclusive, exhibiting truck accessory manufacturers will meet face-to-face with editors, reporters and influencers, and introduce their latest products without sacrificing valuable floor time with buyers.

The Media Preview Exclusive, presented by the Truck and Off-Road Alliance (TORA) will be held Monday, October 29, prior to the opening of the 2018 SEMA Show. Held in the Media Center located in the Skybridge of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), TORA manufacturers exhibiting at the Show are able to maximize product exposure to some of the top members of the media from the light-truck segment.

Manufacturers are encouraged to set up temporary signage, banners and marketing materials within their designated display space and bring products for the media to see and touch.

Throughout the two-hour event, exhibiting truck accessory manufacturers will meet face-to-face with editors, reporters and influencers, making contacts and introducing their latest products without sacrificing valuable floor time with buyers.

Exhibitors will have the exclusive opportunity to enter their new products to win an award that will be presented during the event. The “TORA Best New Product Under $500” and “TORA Best New Product Over $500” will be selected from the 2018 Media Preview Exclusive exhibitors who enter their new product during the application period.

Exhibiting requirements and key details:

  • Must be a light-truck accessory manufacturer.
  • Must be a good-standing member of SEMA and TORA at the time of application and event.
  • Must exhibit at the 2018 SEMA Show.
  • Selected participants shall commit to staffing their booth from 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. on the event day.
  • A $300 exhibitor fee will be charged to companies selected to exhibit after the application deadline (August 31).

The 2019 Motorsports Parts Manufacturers Council (MPMC) Media Trade Conference will be held January 22–24 at the Embassy Suites Orange County Airport North.

The MPMC Media Trade Conference is a unique event that brings together editors, reporters and editorial teams from all over the world with manufacturers of racing and performance parts and accessories. Unlike a traditional trade show, where exhibitors meet with attendees on the show floor, the Media Trade Conference consists of individual, private, one-on-one interviews between media representatives and manufacturers. The event consistently serves as one of the largest platforms for manufacturers in the motorsports segment to promote their product lines while creating lasting relationships with the media.

Exhibitor Applications for the 2019 MPMC Media Trade Conference are open now through September 7. Only 100 exhibitor spots are available—participants will be chosen using a random number lottery system.

Not an MPMC member but want to exhibit in the 2019 event? Join today. MPMC members must manufacture parts used in sanctioned motorsports events, and all applications for membership are subject to review.

Mothers Wipedown
Exhibitors interested in receiving a vehicle wipe-down each day of the Show must apply by Friday, September 28.

Mothers Polishes-Waxes-Cleaners will sponsor a free vehicle wipe-down program for 2018 SEMA Show exhibitors. The service is limited to the first 200 exhibitors, with applications due September 28. One booth or feature vehicle per exhibitor is eligible and will receive a wipe-down each day of the SEMA Show.
