SEMA Show
With the Show floor buzzing with construction activity, stay aware of your surroundings and watch your step.

Exhibiting at the SEMA Show is one of the best ways for brands to make the face-to-face connections that can drive business.

But before you can greet customers and prospects and cultivate those relationships, you’ve got to get through the behind-the-scenes work and ensure your booth is ready to go when the Show doors open.

So where’s the best place to start?

Event expert, Freeman, has the tips you need to prepare you and your booth.

  • Safety first. With the Show floor buzzing with construction activity, stay aware of your surroundings and watch your step.
  • Check your list. Make sure all your supplies have arrived and work orders have been completed.
  • Get to the bottom of it all. Ensure you’ve gotten everything you need out of your containers before you send them to off-site storage.
  • Work it. When your labor arrives to help with setup, confirm they’ll be back at the end of the Show (if you need them) for tear-down assistance.

For more tips on getting your booth ready for the SEMA Show, check out Freeman’s best practices for a successful trade show move-in. Their suggestions help take the worry out of setup and let you focus on what’s really important: connecting with your audience.
