The director of sales will be an integral member of the senior management team that will be responsible for leading all internal/external sales functions and driving the growth of the business. This position is accountable for all elements of company revenue, including but not limited to meeting sales goals, managing the sales team and fostering a collaborative, fun, yet goal-oriented culture based upon clear accountabilities. A minimum of five years managing a national sales organization is required. International experience is a plus. Automotive aftermarket/high-performance market experience is preferred.
Heavy-Duty Calibration Engineer: Derive Systems is hiring a heavy-duty calibration engineer responsible for managing specific projects from design to completion. Working closely with product leads and engineering management, the calibrator will research and develop new calibration methodologies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will clearly deliver proven calibrations to the team, effectively communicate progress to stakeholders and identify areas for improvement. A high-school diploma and six years of vehicle calibration or similar automotive experience, a degree and four years of vehicle calibration or similar automotive experience, or a bachelor’s of science degree in a technical discipline and more than two years of vehicle calibration experience are required.
Grinder: Total Cost Involved Engineering Inc. is hiring a grinder to perform specific tasks, including grinding frame parts to required performance/quality specifications to help the frames team meet and exceed their daily WIP goals while raising the overall quality of those products.
