On the following pages, we’ve assembled a listing of the restoration parts that were featured in the New Products Showcase at the 2014 SEMA Show, but “restoration” is now as much about rejuvenating a vehicle using modern underpinnings as it is about numbers-matching purity. In fact, many of the industry leaders quoted in the commentaries included within this buyer’s guide cite “restomod” vehicles as the segment’s most significant. Del City  Del City’s magnetic rechargeable LED worklamp features a high-intensity, 850-lumen flood beam and three operating modes: 100% intensity, 30% intensity and SOS flashing. This mobile worklight has a magnetic base for mounting anywhere, and its adjustable base allows users to angle the light. Del City’s heat-shrink fabric loom is a hybrid loom product with heat-shrink properties. The mixture of polyolefin and polyester yarns shrink to one-half its original diameter. It’s designed primarily to provide mechanical abrasion protection for components such as rubber hoses, plastic pipes and harness wiring bundles. Cuts easily with scissors.
Replace several crimp tools with just one item. This ratcheting crimp-tool set includes Del City’s most popular crimp tool and five interchangeable dies for crimping a multitude of terminals: open barrel, insulated, insulated closed-end connectors, insulated double-crimp and insulated flag terminals—all contained in a carrying case with an Allen wrench.
A modular, bulletproof universal wiring system. Includes 22 power outputs through 16 fuses, a 175-amp megafuse, a 40-amp fan relay, a gauge cluster disconnect system, and ignition and headlight/dimmer switches.
