Hot rods were the genesis of the automotive specialty-equipment industry, and street rods and custom cars remain fundamental to the SEMA Show. As one of the newest sections at the Show, it recognizes the growing importance this market has to the SEMA industry.

With more than 400 racing and performance companies exhibiting in Central Hall, this segment accounts for one of the largest sections of the SEMA Show.
